How did you fair over the weekend? I know the energy hit me pretty hard and really impacted my moods and energy levels. Looking forward to a positive shift.
Earthquake energy has been on my radar since yesterday. Adelaide had one today but I'm feeling more is to come.

Winter Solstice

In winter everything lies dormant in the silent earth, it is a sacred time of rest and reflection before the awakening and the slow build toward brighter days.

The energy of winter is that of going within. It's the fruitful darkness and silence out of which our soul's yearnings and new inspirations can eventually emerge. As we consciously link our awareness to nature's cycles, our understanding of our own personal growth cycles begin to deepen.

Why do we spend so much time suppressing and hiding our darkness? When negative emotions come up and we feel them, they're inconvenient, uncomfortable, or worse, we make ourselves wrong for feeling them.

When we fear our own darkness, we cut ourselves off from an essential source of our own personal power. The key is not in letting darkness overwhelm our lives and our thoughts but in understanding that darkness can be one of the greatest catalysts for personal growth and transformation.

Winter Solstice is the great stillness before the Sun's strength builds, and days grow longer. It can be a time to rest and reflect.

Over the next 24-48 hours, the energy of Moon conjunct Saturn may feel challenging. This is because it can bring up intense emotions and trigger deep-seated fears and insecurities that we may have been avoiding or suppressing...

We may feel a sense of heaviness or restriction, as though we are being asked to confront and work through issues that we have been struggling with for some time...

However, this is a powerful opportunity for growth and evolution, as we are invited to delve deep into our souls, heal past wounds, and emerge more balanced, self-aware, and in tune with ourselves and those important to us 💞

Do you still have the feeling that something is about to go wrong? These past few months, the energy has been incredibly unstable. A lot of my clients are expressing how uneasy and stuck they feel. finding it challenging to imagine a clear future or a way to get there. This energy is attempting to expose things that we have been suppressing. Even if we aren't prepared to deal with them, we need to view things for what they really are. Relationships have been tested, and the global energy has made it hard to hang on to your own identity. People have been struggling to stay motivated and frequently feel as though they are living in a loop.

Better times are ahead. I genuinely believe that by the end of June, the energy will calm down and provide us with the much-needed break. In the interim, make a sincere effort to experience joy in your life and rekindle your passions. Spend some time in nature to ground yourself and to recognise your interconnectedness with everything around you. The more you balance your mind, body, and soul, the more clarity will come from spirit and the universe.

Well, it has been a busy one over the last few weeks. So many beautiful people trusting me with their energy. There is still so much uncertainty, and the vibe is definitely odd at the moment. The chaos of Christmas with an undertone of fear and total exhaustion has meant many are in need of grounding and balancing. I always aim to help my clients feel lighter and more at peace than when they walked in. Remember to be gentle with yourself and really give yourself some time to recharge over the holiday season.

11/11/22 is the perfect day to clear your head, connect with your higher self, and set powerful intentions. In order to clearly envision whatever you’re seeking to bring forth in your life, you can use guided meditation or a sound bath to help you prepare. Once your head is clear, journaling or speaking your intentions out loud is a great way to bring them into fruition. Writing is a very powerful tool when it comes to manifestation, and many have found success using the 369 method to make their dreams a reality. In order to take part in this practice, all you have to do is write out your intentions three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times in the evening. The trick is to write out what you’re seeking to attract as if you already have what you want, essentially utilizing the law of attraction. Just be sure that you’re actually prepared to receive what you’re asking for, because manifesting something when you’re not in the place to fully embrace it can be tricky.

On the Energies…

Today is the 10:10 Portal! It’s also a Pleiadian Meteor Shower. The Taurids Meteor Shower is made up of two streams. The Taurids Meteor Shower will peak between Oct 10th and 11th in the Southern Hemisphere and Nov 12th and 13th in the Northern Hemisphere. That means Earth is passing through a lot of comet debris right now. Lots of magic on the air! From Oct 11th- 20th we have 10 Galactic Activation Portal days in a row! During Galactic Activation Portal days one or more portals in the Universe are opening. We will be receiving a huge influx of light and energies. That means many may be feeling a lot of emotions, feelings, or even anything unhealed rising the the surface. If there is healing that is needed, you may be feeling deeply a lot you can’t quite tap into. We are clearing a lot at once. Be patient right now, and rest if your needing it. We can’t take the baggage of the past with us. This is the space where we resolve any unfinished business. This can be an intense healing process. Happy Full Moon in Aquarius- feels powerfully liberating. I am noticing opportunities for old patterns finally falling away (about time 🥳), positive new starts in relationships, expansive thinking, realistic vision of where we are at, what we can solve and that which we need to let go off, as it isn’t even our damned stuff anyway 😉. Also growing sense of independence, inner freedom to be you, recognition for who you are and what you have achieved and a detachment from the old dying paradigms and a sense of excitement of what is to come - which with Aquarius will be groundbreaking, new, fresh and forward thinking.
The Ta***ic Sri Yantra I showed in Lions Gate video is where we are today - break out of that box, embrace the moonlit air, taste your life and essence of what makes you unique and send it out as a powerful signal to our universe today. Anything can happen, change is inevitable, this is not a day for stuck thinking, getting immersed in other peoples dramas or living through something else as a way to avoid yourself.
