It's been a little while since I have posted. Sometimes there are recipes that are so amazingly easy that I just had to share.

Yes, I have made yogurt before always in the Varoma.
As I was scrolling thru Cookidoo I came across 'yogurt in the mixing bowl.'
This recipe makes 2lts and cost me
▪️2lts of UHT milk
▪️small tub of jalna Greek yogurt.
▪️110gms of milk powder.
▪️you can add sugar, I havent.
So I'm going to say that for approx $5, I have 2lts of delicious yogurt.
I know I'm not selling Thermomixs anymore but can you afford not to have one.

What's for dinner in your home tonight?

On a cold nearly winters night there is nothing better than Corned beef with Mustard Sauce.

This is all level cooking at its best.
The beef in the Varoma adding the Vegies part way through.

Watch out for the finished product later.

Edna's lemon curd tea cake is an absolute winner if you're having afternoon tea with friends and you have an abundance of lemons.

The only thing I can recommend is do a double batch as this recipe only makes 6.😒

Roast Pumpkin Soup and Pumpkin Scones for a friend in Iso.

I was able to cook the scones while the pumpkin was roasting, then make the soup while the scones were in the oven..

Literally only took an hour.
