💉 Ever Heard of Dry Needling?

Not quite sure what it is? Let us explain!

Dry needling is a treatment technique used by some of our practitioners — including Jared and Lauren — that may be helpful for reducing muscle tension, easing pain, and improving movement.

Here’s how it works:
✔️ Fine, sterile needles (similar to acupuncture) are used
✔️ They’re inserted into specific trigger points within your muscles
✔️ This may help reset muscle tension, reduce discomfort, and improve mobility
