Meet our team: Tammara Leatham
Hello!
My name is Tammara, and I’m a Learning Interventionist with 14 years of experience as a primary school teacher. I’m deeply passionate about literacy and dedicated to supporting learners of all ages to build confidence and capability in reading, writing, and communication.
I believe that literacy is the foundation for lifelong learning. My approach is engaging, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I’m enthusiastic about helping students and adults alike strengthen their skills through strategies that make learning meaningful. I love seeing those ‘lightbulb moments’ when understanding clicks into place. Every learner can thrive with the right support, strategies, and encouragement- I feel privileged to be part of that journey.
Outside of my work, I’m a mum to two wonderful children who remind me daily of the importance of curiosity, patience, and play in learning. I strive to create learning environments that feel encouraging, supportive, and responsive to each person’s pace. Working closely with families and individuals, I help set achievable goals, celebrate progress, and foster positive experiences that build both skill and confidence.
I’m passionate about helping learners discover the joy and confidence that come from strong literacy skills- I’d love to support you or your child on that journey.
