To all of my clients I truely wish you good health in the future months. As of this week I am no longer available to support you face to face . I can though still offer support through phone consults, FaceTime , distance balances and over the phone relaxation or visualisation sessions to support you to get through with a healthy mental outlook that may assist in keeping your stress Levels to a manageable level. Starting Monday 22nd at 6.30pm and then every Monday ......No bookings needed
Just bring a pillow, favourite blanket and yoga mat. Cost $10
