To all of my clients I truely wish you good health in the future months. As of this week I am no longer available to support you face to face . I can though still offer support through phone consults, FaceTime , distance balances and over the phone relaxation or visualisation sessions to support you to get through with a healthy mental outlook that may assist in keeping your stress Levels to a manageable level. Then come along to our relaxation and wellness classes....... Soften, and unwind for an hour just for you in a relaxed carefree atmosphere enjoy a cuppa and a chat if needed.
Starting Monday 22nd at 6.30pm and then every Monday ......No bookings needed

RELAXATION CLASSES
Are you feeling like you’re treading water and just can’t seem to get on top of everything. In the next few weeks I will be starting relaxation, visualisation and wellness classes each week. These classes will include a relaxation session with info included on techniques to reduce and manage stress, and various activities to empower you to take control and care for the most important person- you.
