- Wednesday from 8am - 1pm
- Friday from 9.30am - 6pm

We are proud to introduce Sascha’s dedicated counselling practice designed specifically for educators. This specialised service recognises the unique challenges teachers face and provides tailored support for their wellbeing.

Sascha has developed an integrated approach that combines:
• Traditional talk therapy
• Body-based healing practices
• Energetic work through kinesiology

Sessions with are now available for booking on Tuesday afternoon from 1.30pm - 7pm

Clinic availability - Bodywork with Mav

We are so happy to share Mav will now be available for bodywork fortnightly on Tuesday afternoons from 1.30pm to 7pm here in clinic at Oasis Health

The next appointments are open from;
Tuesday September 16th 🌼

This provides more regular clinic sessions for people needing consistent massage treatment and is a lovely opening for after school and work times.

Mav specialises in full body and face lymphatic drainage, relaxation, pregnancy and Kahuna massage. 30, 60 and 90 minute session times are available. All ages welcome.

Hot chocolate sweet treat for our rainy week ❤️🍫🤎

We just got in the Collagen Hot Chocolate on the retail shelves

It’s yummy as a hot chocolate drink and we also experimented with making the chocolate fudge brownies from the lovely recipe book.

Lots of recipes online as well (can be adjusted for allergens, sensitivities or gluten and dairy free options)

Some other treatment modalities might be massage, moxibustion, gua sha, ear seeds, lifestyle recommendations or cupping.

In session, Sophie will discuss the benefits of these techniques in order to get the best outcome for you and work with you to choose the best treatment for your condition.
