Be Centre is beyond excited to share the beautiful artwork created within the Good Planet Studio group.
Each piece tells a story of creativity, passion, and the incredible children behind them.
Throughout this group, the artists have explored their inner worlds through the wisdom and metaphors of nature and art expression. They have supported each other to express and make sense of life’s bigger challenges such as anxiety, stress, friendship struggles, and growth. Just as nature moves through cycles of adversity and renewal, children discover that their feelings and experiences are part of a natural process.
Through creative expression in a safe, gentle arts therapy group, they are supported to listen to themselves, connect with their authentic voice, and recognise the inner resources that help them adapt, repair, and grow.
This exhibition celebrates children’s capacity for resilience, imagination, and connection, reminding us that, like nature, we all have ways of finding balance and moving toward growth.
It has been a privilege to work alongside all the artists who took this journey.
