But without the mobility and control to support it, your body will often find ways to compensate.

Over time, that’s where tightness, discomfort and injuries can start to show up.

This is Focus client Terry working through a 90/90 position with her arms out in front, which increases the demand more than most people expect.

It’s not just about getting into the position.

At Focus, we specialise in fun, safe, and effective small group training for people over 50. Our community is supportive, encouraging, and all about building strength, mobility, and confidence for life.
