Tomorrow I turn 36. In honour of my 35th lap around the sun, I wanted to make space for some moments I’m proud of. ✨

2025 had its moments — but compared to other years, it was the year I began to find myself again. Where I felt at home in my heart and mind once more. Where my light started to shine a little brighter. 🌟

I can see that in this little collection of moments. I am proud of this little collection of moments 🥹. Because I know what it's taken to have those moments.

There were many more in‑between — the permission slip to rest more, getting fresh air daily, gently disrupting unhelpful thoughts, remembering I deserve to feel joy and feel well ☺️.

Thirty‑five felt like rebuilding the foundations I stand on🌱. Thirty‑six will be about repeating the habits I’ve created, leaning on those foundations, and steadying myself in who I’m slowly becoming. Or perhaps a remembering of who I've always been🪶.

Cheers, 35 — you were good to me🥂. May 36 be just as kind, spacious, and healing. 🤍

As I close the doors on another beautiful year of holding space for the women of the Cocoon community, my heart is full.💓

Thank you to every woman who entrusted me with her mind, body, and heart in 2025🙏🏼 — your trust, openness, and willingness to practice rest are the reason Cocoon exists.

I’m honoured to walk beside you, and I look forward to more rest, growth, and gentle transformation together in the year ahead🌱.

In a world that’s moving faster and feeling smarter by the day, 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿, can soften into. 💛

Fascia is the body’s connective web—𝙙𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙡𝙮 𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙨𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚🌀. When there’s nowhere safe to feel, stress and old emotions can settle in your fascia, showing up later as chronic tension, pain, or that heavy, stuck feeling😮‍💨.

I truly believe — with my whole heart — that our bodies hold answers to questions the mind hasn’t learned or thought to ask...

🙏🏼This is the gift of 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹 body and facial work: when the table becomes more than a treatment, it becomes an invitation to step out of doing and come home to the quiet intelligence of your muscles, breath, fascia and heart🩷.

When you slow and listen — through 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵, 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 — your body begins to surface clear answers to what once felt cloudy: Which parts need rest? Where can I soften and surrender? How can I better nourish myself? How can I make more space for me?

I had a humble, pinch‑me moment yesterday.

As I watched the training videos, practised in real time, and applied the divine products & techniques to my ever‑trusting client for the first time, I realised a dream I’d held was becoming real🙊. I fumbled through steps I’d never tried, talked myself through the nerves out loud😅, and trusted that — even when it felt clumsy — it was simply the beginning of something truly special🦋✨.

Somehow, in that awkward, tender space, I felt proud. Proud to throw myself into the unfamiliar, to return to a beginner’s mind — shoshin — and to follow the quiet creative pull in my chest🩷.

I’m grateful for every clumsy step, and for partners like whose textures and scents make even the first, imperfect rituals feel quietly divine.

✨🪶My beautiful facial practice model — a long‑time client — left glowing, in love with the products, and yes, looking lifted. I can’t wait to continue honing these skills through the rest of 2025 and bring something truly special to you in 2026.
