Do you have routines in your life?
Many of us have routines peppered all the way through our lives. Sone that are necessary that may not bring enjoyment, like doing laundry, sweeping the floors or brushing your teeth every morning and night.
But there are routines that make our hearts sing. Like
your quiet cup of tea in the morning before your children get up for school.
Your regular exercise class after work, cuddle time with your cat while watching tv, or reading a chapter of your novel every night before bed.
For me, meditation and having quiet time to myself to contemplate and reflect, is one of those things that I need every single day.
I crave that time to support myself. That time to sit, be still, and be aware of the comings and goings around me. To be an observer to my emotions and thoughts.
When my routine is disrupted and I go too long without this time, I feel unsettled. Jittery. The monkey mind takes over and gets noisy again.

This six week foundation, meditation course is the perfect way to learn the basic skills of meditation.
Learn how to develop a routine of incorporating meditation and mindfulness into the daily workings of your life, without necessarily having to sit down and carve out a dedicated time in your day.
You will be given all the skills and tools needed to conduct vour own meditations at home without needing to be guided. You will be supported in developing your own practice and creating your own space where you can sit and reflect... A space that's just for you.
This course begins on Thursday, 2nd
February for 6 weeks.
Classes are at
7:30-8:45pm and held in our beautiful studio in Warrnambool.
