Experience and learn contemplative techniques, open open your awareness and discover the deeper elements of who you are.

This course is open to anyone who has had some prior meditation experience, and would like to look at deepening their experience with the self, personal inquiry and contemplation.

An immersive, 6 week course where participants will experience and practice a different style of meditation each week. Meditation styles will focus on opening up inner creativity, seeking answers through insight, and for clarity around emotional issues, and healing.

This six week course is open to anyone who has had some prior meditation experience, and would like to look at deepening their experience with intuitive and spiritual styles of meditation.

Topics covered:
Moving Meditation - Automatic Writing, inspired by music
Moving Meditation - Drawing Meditation
Insight Meditation - Seeking answers or guidance to a specific situation
Angel/Spirit Guide Meditation - Message From guides/angels/higher self
One Seat Meditation - Accepting and sitting with emotions
Loving Kindness Meditation - Offering compassion to self and to others

Join me on Wednesday January 25, at 8pm for a FREE "Candle Meditation".

This meditation can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home. Grab your pillows and blanket and get comfy in your PJs!

All you need of for this meditation is - you guessed it - a candle!

This meditation will go LIVE on my FB and IG pages, and I'll be online around 5-10 minutes early to get everyone settled, then into the meditation which will run for around 40 minutes.

Although this is an online event, if you would like to join me in person in the studio at 6 Logans Beach Rd, Warrnambool, then you are more than welcome! Just let me know, so I can have candles and pillows/blankets ready for you, otherwise, I'll see you on the screen!

Do you have routines in your life?

Many of us have routines peppered all the way through our lives. Sone that are necessary that may not bring enjoyment, like doing laundry, sweeping the floors or brushing your teeth every morning and night.

But there are routines that make our hearts sing. Like
your quiet cup of tea in the morning before your children get up for school.
Your regular exercise class after work, cuddle time with your cat while watching tv, or reading a chapter of your novel every night before bed.

For me, meditation and having quiet time to myself to contemplate and reflect, is one of those things that I need every single day.
I crave that time to support myself. That time to sit, be still, and be aware of the comings and goings around me. To be an observer to my emotions and thoughts.

When my routine is disrupted and I go too long without this time, I feel unsettled. Jittery. The monkey mind takes over and gets noisy again.

If you are searching for a new healthy routine to add to your life, one that allows you to slow down, that allows you to nurture and support yourself, that helps you to feel present, connected, and aware of what is happening in your mind, body and spirit, then meditation might be the new healthy routine you are looking for.

This six week foundation, meditation course is the perfect way to learn the basic skills of meditation.

Learn how to develop a routine of incorporating meditation and mindfulness into the daily workings of your life, without necessarily having to sit down and carve out a dedicated time in your day.

You will be given all the skills and tools needed to conduct vour own meditations at home without needing to be guided. You will be supported in developing your own practice and creating your own space where you can sit and reflect... A space that's just for you.

This course begins on Thursday, 2nd
February for 6 weeks.

Classes are at
7:30-8:45pm and held in our beautiful studio in Warrnambool.
