WE ARE HIRING!

Warrnambool Helping hands is seeking a part time office administrator who is caring, passionate, reliable and with excellent communication skills to join our dedicated team.

The office administrator will work up to 15 hours per week providing support to the managers and being a welcoming first point of contact for staff, clients, providers and the community.

Duties include: rostering, handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence, managing client files and vehicle allocation, creating and updating databases.

Essential qualities:
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise tasks
• Absolute discretion and confidentiality
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite
• Trustworthy and self-motivated
• Some business and accounting skills
