Meet the team...

Hi, my name is Tania. I’m a proud mum of three adult daughters and a very happy new grandmother to a beautiful grandson. Family means everything to me, and if I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me out walking my Labrador Buddy on the beach, gardening, camping, or enjoying the outdoors. I also love meeting new people and being part of my community.

Four months ago, I started working with Tiaki in disability support, and I absolutely love it. With over 20 years of lived experience supporting my daughter, I know how important kindness and understanding are for families.

I’m also studying a Certificate III in Individual Support, and I’m excited to keep learning and growing so I can make an even bigger difference. My passion is helping people feel supported, valued, and good about themselves.

Meet the team...

Hi, I’m Geran! I’ve recently joined the team and I’m loving it.

I live in beautiful Port Fairy with my wife and our three beautiful kids, who keep life busy, fun, and full of laughs.

I’ve worked across a lot of different industries over the years, but I’ve come to realise that support work is exactly what I’ve been looking for all along. It’s rewarding, people-focused, and feels like the perfect fit for me.

When I’m not with my family or at work, you’ll usually find me on the golf course chasing that perfect round. I’m excited for the journey ahead and to make a positive difference wherever I can!

You may come across Geran out ad about supporting participants or in the office were he is assisting with service delivery and compliance.

Meet the team...

Hi 👋🏻 I’m Elise,

I’m a proud mum of three – two energetic boys and a beautiful girl – and I cherish quality time with my family. I love cheering on my kids at their sports, enjoying getaways with friends and their families and staying active through my passion for health and fitness.

After over 20 years in pharmacy, it was time for a change. I wanted to continue to work with people, support and help them be the best version of themselves. I began my Certificate 3 in individual support disability and began my Tiaki journey mid 2025.

Since making the change, I’ve learned so much from my clients. Every shift leaves me feeling fulfilled and grateful to be in a role where I can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.

Meet the team...

Hi there! My name is Elvin. Part time legend, full time human. I started this journey with disability support in 2023. And march 2025, tiaki has given me the chance to meet new awesome people.

In my spare time, you’ll probably find me arguing with my GPS, pretending I'm on masterchef while cooking noodles and my favourite one - perfecting the art of doing absolutely nothing.

Roger and out,
Elvin 🤙

Meet the team

Michelle undertakes some office based service delivery roles as well as continuing to work face to face shifts.

Hi, I’m Michelle, or Shell as many call me.

If I was to describe myself I’d say I was compassionate, committed to finding solutions, respectful, inclusive, and always up for a good laugh.

Spending time with family and friends, enjoying our local cafes, shops/markets, festivals and beautiful beaches and countryside are some of the things I enjoy most.

I am grateful to be part of the Tiaki team, which I joined in 2021.

I have my Certificate 4 in Disability and continue to do relevant workplace training.

I have worked in a variety of different fields. I have also volunteered within the community over the years, as helping others has always been my passion.

I love being a support worker.

Being a support to participants in their day to day lives is very rewarding. Building rapport and supporting participants in their choices, to achieve their goals, and to live their best lives is always my driving force. Helping put a smile on participants faces always makes my day.

Hi, my name is Jill.

I am the mum to two daughters.
We have 4 pets, being 2 dogs and 2 fluffy cats. I am always vacuuming!

I was raised on a sheep farm in Orford. I have two older sisters and my parents live in Warrnambool. I spent most of my younger years on the tennis court and at home on the farm.

Spending time with my family and friends are important to me. I also love to work in the garden and grow vegetables, walk my dogs and cook for my family.

My career in disability support started many years ago. I have worked as a residential support worker, personal Carer in aged care and teachers assistant in both mainstream and specialist schools . I have loved all my roles over the years and can’t imagine doing anything else.

I’ve been employed with Tiaki supports sine 2022. To date I have found this role the most rewarding and appreciated.

I have seen the disability sector change and grow over the years. I am grateful to have been a part of it and hope that I have contributed in a positive way and continue to do so in the future.

Meet the team...

Hi, I'm Agnes.

Some people also know me as Agie or Abby. I have worked in a few different sectors, including banking, hospitality, and education.

When I was doing my study at TAFE, it was an eye opening moment for me to realise how lucky I am for the life I live in and the interest to do something to help the community has grown strong since.

I have successfully completed a diploma of community service since I moved to Australia, as well as many other online courses, including working with people with Dementia and mental health.

I started working with Tiaki since June 2022, and I love it. It is a very rewarding role and full of challenges. And to see how my work can effect someone's day is one of the best feelings to have.

I am grateful to have the chance to contribute to this field.
