The Medicare Urgent Care Clinic in Warrnambool has a fully furnished, light-filled consulting room available for sessional lease. The room would suit:

•Visiting medical or surgical specialists
•Allied Health Practitioners – e.g. diabetes educators, physiotherapists, podiatrists, psychologists and occupational therapists
•Acupuncturist
•Remedial massage

Our rooms are wheelchair accessible with both on-site & street parking available.

Lease details:
• Good size room with workstation, sink & storage cupboards
• Small waiting area
• Access to gally kitchen, staff room & bathroom facilities
• Wi-Fi
• Split heating/cooling system

Sessional lease can be negotiated at a starting point of $150 + GST per day.
