Thanks social media. This was inspiration for my yoga class today. Connecting to the younger and older versions of ourselves. The playful and curious version of ourselves. The version that says THANK YOU so much for practicing yoga and keeping me moving and feeling good in my body, well into my old age. 🧘🏻‍♀️🤸🏾🙌💜
