I'm the type of person who doesn't get upset easily now days, but when I see people in Health Care, or anywhere for that matter, needlessly overwhelmed and stressed in their work, it really makes me sad ๐Ÿ’›

You see, I often get asked what I do for a living, and when I tell them that I help people to stop feeling overwhelmed in their careers by calming ๐‘กโ„Ž๐‘’๐‘–๐‘Ÿ ๐‘š๐‘–๐‘›๐‘‘๐‘ , I usually get some pretty strange looks ๐Ÿ‘€ โœจ๏ธ

That's when I tell them there is another way. There is a way to reduce stress, to relieve overwhelm and anxiety so they can feel more calm and peace in their work, increase longevity in their chosen careers, and experience Emotional Freedom in their lives. โœจ๏ธ

Most people respond by saying, "Wow, that's awesome!" ๐Ÿ’›

But sometimes, I hear comments like, "๐ผ ๐‘‘๐‘œ๐‘›'๐‘ก ๐‘ข๐‘›๐‘‘๐‘’๐‘Ÿ๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘Ž๐‘›๐‘‘ how that could be possible and so quickly." Or, "This has been going on for a while. I think my only option is to leave my work and find something else."

Your mind creates rules and beliefs of truths based what information it observes and taught. Your subconscious mind never stops. It records everything that is happening in your experiences. It records what we hear, see, smell, taste, touch. It records how things make us feel. Our mind creates a construct of a truth of how things work in our world based on patterns and information. So when our mind is shown something that can't possibly be true or real it will literally bend time and space to make it real according to the reality that has been preprogrammed. Your mind does this with optical illusions and your mind does this again and again with your beliefs about you. Your value, your lovability, your self esteem . How you think and feel about yourself was preprogrammed long ago. The reality is most of that old programming and belief system is not true or relevant for who you really are or how you show up in the world. Even when you self develop, do affirmations, consciously work on yourself. Your mind will constantly try to bring you back to the original programming. That's why change needs to happen on the programming level or Subconscious level. Thats where real change can begin โœจ๏ธ

This is how powerful your mind actually is. It is capable of believing a window is oscillating backwards and forwards even when you are shown inconclusive proof that it's actually spinning. And to prove it even further a pen is attached and your mind then visually shows you the pen is able to pass through the window. Your mind believes this to be true because of patterns it has already learnt about how things appear in the world. For example The larger an object appears to be the closer it is to you and the smaller an object appears to be the further away it is from you from. These have been proven time and time again by your mind so when it is presented with the opposite of that it cannot unbelieve what it already knows. The pattern of belief is set. Your beliefs about you are the same. The patterns of belief you have learnt during your life are also to your mind true . And no matter how much anyone tries to show you or tell you that's not true, your mind will always believe the original patterns on the subconscious level. Thats why change work and removing old limiting beliefs and old patters and replacing them with supporting beliefs and new patterns needs to happen at the subconscious level. Otherwise, you will be always trying and working hard to enforce the desired thinking or new behavior or outcome instead of just simply believing it. If you don't just reach a level of simply believing and knowing your truth, becomes a battle of wills every day because there will always be resistance from your mind. It will always doubt and fight for the old story, the old pattern to be true. Isn't it time you told your mind a better story, a new truth about you. Your mind is so powerful, and it can be used to support you and completely change how you see yourself and the world around you.
Just think for a moment about the possibilities of what that truly means for you.

Sometimes you react with anger or frustration and lash out ๐Ÿ’›

And in some stressful situations that feel totally out of control you retract ๐Ÿ’›

You recoil, shrink and try to make yourself so small because you want to just disappear ๐Ÿ’›

You end up lost in your own head ๐Ÿ’›

And everything feels too much, and you canโ€™t take in advice ๐Ÿ’›

Or use your logic to work things out ๐Ÿ’›

Because your own thoughts and feelings are working against you ๐Ÿ’›

They are tied up in knots and become a jumble of chaotic fears and pressures and negative self talk ๐Ÿ’›

And you canโ€™t see your way out because everything gets really confusing ๐Ÿ’›

And you canโ€™t trust yourself to make a decision ๐Ÿ’›

Because it will probably be wrong ๐Ÿ’›

Which makes you feel stupid and embarrassed, or ashamed and immature ๐Ÿ’›

Then it's definitely impacting your overall health and well being ๐Ÿ’›

Overwhelm should never be a regular part of your lifestyle ๐Ÿ’›

Doing something about an issue before you hit the proverbial brick wall is the idea.
Don't wait until you feel powerless and desperate.
If you've noticed a downward spiral pattern occurring at different times in your life.

I have a couple of questions for you to consider that might help you to understand how much you actually treat yourself badly by neglecting your own needs โœจ๏ธ

How many times in Your Life have You......... ๐Ÿ’›
.....ignored your emotions and pushed them down?
.....soldiered on and put on a brave face? โœจ๏ธ
.....felt too embarrassed or afraid to show how you were really feeling? โœจ๏ธ
.....shut your emotions down and told yourself to just get on with it? โœจ๏ธ
.....decided that your best option was to not listen to your own self-doubt by ignoring how confused that made you feel. And then you decided to hide your feelings anyway? โœจ๏ธ

How many times in Your Life have you Gaslighted Yourself ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’›

Think about it. Itโ€™s probably a lot. โœจ๏ธ

What happens normally when we find out we or someone else has been Gaslighted? ๐Ÿ’›

We are usually shocked or horrified โœจ๏ธ

We canโ€™t believe someone would actually do something like that, purposely โœจ๏ธ

What kind of person would do such a thing? โœจ๏ธ

It's so hurtful, such a betrayal โœจ๏ธ

And yet we, ourselves are the worst offender โœจ๏ธ

We do it again and again and again ๐Ÿ’›

Its what we learnt ๐Ÿ’›

We didnโ€™t know any better

So now I think its time to learn something new โœจ๏ธ

Its time to stop pushing down your feelings โœจ๏ธ

Its time to stop ignoring your emotions ๐Ÿ’›

Its time to start listening to you โœจ๏ธ

It might be time for you to get to know Yourself a little better โœจ๏ธ

Because left unchecked, pent-up emotions will always find a way to come out eventually ๐Ÿ’›

And it wonโ€™t be when or where you want them to.

So take control. Break the cycle. Stop the pattern โœจ๏ธ

Put your hand on your heart and say โ€œIam safe, I am loved, Iโ€™m okโ€ ๐Ÿ’›

Thats a good first step โœจ๏ธ
