Hey everyone sorry I have been MIA lately. Busy busy finishing out Hypnobirthing classes, school holidays and celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary ❤️. Just looking at setting some dates for the start of 2026!

My Why

Hi my name is Sarah and I’m a Registered Midwife/Nurse. After caring for and helping women bring their baby’s earthside for 8 years now I knew that when I wanted to start a family that I needed something extra to help switch my midwifery brain off. I was working a busy shift if birthing and went into a room as the second midwife for the birth.

The room was calm, quiet and dark. I was in awe of this couple, they were focused and in a bubble. Every wave of a contraction she stayed so relaxed and breathed through with ease. There were beautiful affirmations playing in the background which just set the most positive environment I have ever seen in a birthing room. I left the room knowing that that is what I wanted for my own birth experience....Hypnobirthing!

With my first pregnancy I booked myself and my husband into a Hypnobirthing Australia course. It was very informative and we both felt at ease knowing we had all these extra tools to take with us into our birth. Our birthing day arrived and wow it was amazing. I loved every part of it, yes it was bloody hard work but I wouldn’t change a thing. I was relaxed and even fell asleep in between my surges. I felt empowered and like a wonder woman!!!

After my 2nd pregnancy I knew that I had to learn and preach this course from the highest mountain. I believe that every woman has the right to informed choice and alternate education in pregnancy and birth. To feel empowered and positive whichever your birthing journey may take is a valuable skill to have. Allow your mind to open and let me help you learn the skills to a calm and positive birth experience.
