Warrnambool SLSC is located on the foreshore of Lady Bay in Warrnambool. A great stretch of beach for recreational & surfing activities.

Our members patrol Warrnambool's main beach all summer and we offer a social, sport and nipper memberships.

Throwback Thursday to the Victorian Under 18 Surfboat Champions 🏆

Back to back Gold in the Junior Surfboat event in 1981 & 1982 for this legendary crew: Lou Atkinson, Tom McLoughlin, Leigh Oakley, Ricky Clissold & Peter “Redda” Ryan.

A massive achievement and a special piece of local surf lifesaving history. Who remembers these years?

Members from our club joined Port Campbell and Port Fairy Surf Life Saving Clubs on Monday for a multi-agency training exercise at Gibson Steps involving the extraction of patients from a simulated helicopter ditching into water.

Great to continue building skills, collaboration and readiness alongside other clubs, with more joint water rescue training opportunities planned in the future.

Last Friday night our surf club came together for our Annual Dinner. A chance to reflect, celebrate and recognise amazing efforts of our members.

From patrols, to big competition wins this season has been full of dedication, teamwork and community spirit.

A huge congratulations to all our winners - your commitment and achievements truly stood out.

Thank you to every volunteer, member and supporter who made this season one to remember.

Here’s to a well earned break and an even bigger season ahead.
