To all my dearly valued patients,

I am writing to share a personal update with you.

After nearly 30 years in natural medicine, I have decided to take a short pause (just a couple of months) from clinical practice, beginning the 1st of March. This time will be used for reflection, rest, and deep consideration of the work I have been privileged to do, and the direction I feel called to take moving forward.

Over the past few years, I have witnessed a significant shift in the landscape of natural medicine. The health challenges people are presenting with have become increasingly complex — layered, chronic, and influenced by a rapidly changing world. While the foundations of natural medicine remain strong, I believe this moment calls for even more refined thinking, deeper investigation, and the development of more advanced, integrated protocols to truly support long-term wellbeing.

This pause is not a step away from my commitment to you, but rather a step toward strengthening it. During this time, Mardi and Bella will be running Solutions Skin & Health Clinic, and available to help with any questions you may have regarding supplements and treatments. My intention is to return with renewed clarity, expanded knowledge, and improved treatment strategies that reflect both the wisdom of experience and the realities of modern health challenges.

I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me over the years. Supporting your health journeys has been one of the greatest honours of my professional life. Your patience and understanding during this time mean more than I can express.
