Our goal is to enable the Warrnambool district residents to achieve optimal health by removing neurological interference. As a second generation Chiropractor, the art of Chiropractic has been apart of Jay’s life since day one. He is excited to spend his life providing this art to the public while educating them on the importance of a nervous system free of interference.

The truth is there’s no perfect number. Reflection can be a quick five minute check-in at the end of the day, or a longer pause at the end of the month.

It's important not to over-analysing every detail, but instead it’s about giving yourself the space to notice what’s working, and what could be shifted. 💚
