Think lower back pain is only from sitting too long or poor posture? It’s a common myth! In reality, persistent lower back pain can be a signal of deeper health issues, like weak core muscles, chronic stress, and even inflammation caused by diet.

Research published in the Journal of Physical Therapy Science highlights that core strengthening exercises can significantly reduce lower back pain by providing better spinal support.

Additionally, a study in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine found that poor sleep quality is associated with increased inflammation and musculoskeletal pain, including in the lower back.
