Research published in the Journal of Physical Therapy Science highlights that core strengthening exercises can significantly reduce lower back pain by providing better spinal support.
Additionally, a study in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine found that poor sleep quality is associated with increased inflammation and musculoskeletal pain, including in the lower back.
