Introducing Dr. Lwin Han (MBBS, FRACGP, DCH), a dedicated and highly qualified female General Practitioner deeply committed to the well-being of our community.

Dr. Han earned her MBBS degree in 2007 and gained valuable clinical experience in Western Australia hospitals before smoothly transitioning into general practice. Since achieving Fellowship in General Practice (FRACGP) in 2016, Her unwavering commitment to continuous professional development is showcased by her post-graduate diploma in Child Health (DCH) from Sydney Children's Hospital.

Dr. Lwin Han's clinical interests encompass various facets of

Offering a comprehensive range of services, she extends her expertise to geriatric medicine, occupational medicine, and travel vaccination. EASTER HOLIDAY CLOSURE:
Dear patients,
Our medical centre will be closed from 25/03/2024 to 08/04/2024. We will also close on 10/04/2024 and 11/04/2024.
Tuesday & Friday will be closed in March due to a doctor is on leave. Monday, Wednesday & Thursday will be opened in March as usual (8am-1pm).
Usual opening hours will be resume from 15/04/2024.

EMERGENCIES: In the event of an emergency call 000 for an ambulance. HealthDirect is contactable on 1800 022 222. Alternatively, you can present to St John Urgent Care Osborne Park (9267 8600) or nearby Emergency department.

COVID 19 NOTICE:
Dear patients, In this Pandemic of COVID-19, health and safety of our staff and our vulnerable patients is our utmost priority. Please be informed about our COVID POLICY.

1) ​MASK is Essential for the entry.

2) Only the booked patient is allowed to enter the medical centre, except for the children or the patients who require assistance.

3) Negative COVID test (Same day for RAT or Within 3 days for PCR) is required for face-to-face GP visit, if you have Fever (≥37.5'C) with the acute respiratory symptoms (including cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, runny nose). It is exempted for patient who had a recent COVID infection in less than 12 weeks.

4) Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a telephone consult if you have not been attended to our medical centre in the last 12 months.
