My Story

I practise Bowen Therapy and Emmett Therapy. By releasing the tension in the muscles and fascia our body will feel much looser and we feel much better within our body. After treatment the body will put itself back in the natural positon and takes this on in it’s muscle memory therefore it is long lasting. The treatment works on the whole body and where it can heal itself it will. Often the area of pain is not where the problem is so if the whole body resets itself it’s more like to become pain free.

It is a soft tissue release for lasting relief. Good for everybody from the newborn to the elderly. Every body feels better with Bowen and Emmett

I also treat animals with both Bowen and Emmett. I have studied equine Bowen and Emmett, but often get asked to treat dog’s and the results are amazing. These 4 legged friends react so well to the treatment it is so rewarding to be able to help those who give us all their love and trust.
