💕Women’s Health Week!🎉
This week is Women’s Health week and this year’s theme is “Say Yes to You”.
We love this theme as most women, especially mums, tend to put the well-being and care of those around them (like their children and family) before themselves, often leaving themselves and any kind of self care last on their very long to-do list.
We want to encourage all women to take sometime out of your busy schedules and jam-packed to-do list to do something for YOU, your health and wellbeing this week.
Perhaps it’s something small like a quiet cup of tea or coffee at home or out with a friend. ☕️🫖 Maybe it’s going for a walk around the block in the sunshine ☀️ Maybe it’s picking up the phone or jumping online to book in for an adjustment and check up for yourself, or a grounding massage.
Whatever it is, we encourage you to prioritise your physical, mental and emotional health and energy.
We can’t give from an empty cup, that’s how we burnout and how health issues linked to chronic long term stress and inflammation can develop, especially in women.
Start making small little gestures of self care for your physical, mental and emotional health now and build on that momentum week by week ☺️
