⭐️👩‍⚕️🩺 We are now subcontractors for Trilogy aged care for Clinical Nursing input as well as WorkCover , NIISQ , NDIS .

Adding Trilogy aged Care & Workcover participants to our service ensures that we can reach out to more participants requiring :

🌻 From the 1st of December , Daydream Health & Disability service will be entirely a Registered Nurse Service , servicing NDIS, NIISQ & Home care participants in the Darling Downs 🩺 💉 👩‍⚕️

Leeanne Eastwell (picture left ) has purchased the Support work side of the business and will continue to provide an exceptional support work service to participants in the district as ‘Willow Care support Services’.

This new step for Daydream Health is very exciting and will continue to expand to ensure NDIS , NIISQ & home care participants can remain in their own homes for as long as possible , bringing the Registered Nurse to you in your home

We recently farewelled one of our unbelievable support workers , Cait as she is now commencing her career as a paramedic 🚑

The laughter, kindness , fun & compassion you brought to our ‘Daydream Health & Disability Service’ team was second to none .

We have no doubt you will be the most fantastic paramedic and have such a bright career ahead of you . 🫶🏼🫶🏼

The biggest heartfelt thankyou for the overwhelming support of our local business in the last 12 months .

The support staff ( Sunny , Tayla , Tish , Sandy , Kevin , Vinny , Leeanne , Annette & Cait ) share the same vision , passion, integrity & professionalism that ‘Daydream Health & Disability Service’ set out to achieve .

Our participants goals are our main focus, ensuring they are the best version of themselves to ensure their quality of life is paramount .

When one of our darling NDIS participants drew me a flower and was so excited to give this to me - all because she knew I was coming to see her . This little gesture meant the world and reminded me of my ‘why’. 🤍🥹🌸

🌻We have been so busy providing care to all of our NDIS participants in the community that socials have become slack, ( sorry ! ).

🌻We now have a work vehicle to transport clients if needed .
🌻 our NDIS participants receive Assistance with activities of daily living as well as community & social participation .
🌻 We now have capacity for more participants to come on board .
🌻 We have 6 incredible support workers who are more than exceptional. 🫶🏼
