Happy 2026 everyone!
I will continue to have Friday consultations available in 2026, and I will be back to it next Friday, the 16th of Jan.
I do have a waiting list for the first few weeks, so if you know you are unable to attend an appointment, please let me know as soon as you can, so someone else is able to come in.

Sorry for my absence from here guys, but turns out life with 4 kids is pretty busy! Just a quick update to let you know that I am indeed back to work, but only very limited hours currently. This is partially due to not having a receptionist at this stage to help me out, and also just because I am juggling being a good mum too. So I am working Friday mornings, roughly 9 - 1. Shoot me a msg if you're chasing an appt, I get full up pretty quick with such limited hours. I'm sure over the next few months I will be able to add in another day to be available for your care! Thanks for your patience ♥️

I'm off on maternity leave for a little while longer guys, however if you need your lawns mowed in the meantime, my hubby is happy to be of service!

On 11.8.24, our littlest Grow Strong love, Layla, made her grand entrance into the world, safe and well ❤️

The practice will remain closed over the next 2 months, and I will keep you posted as to when I will be back adjusting 😊

I will be signing off now for a little while, settling down into the coziness of family as we await our new little one's arrival.

In case you missed the news, I am finishing up this week to have some "down time" before baby #4 arrives 👶🥰

At the moment, the practice will be closed until the end of August. I am looking into a locum situation for September/October, and will keep you posted on this!!

Today marks the 5th birthday of becoming Grow Strong Chiropractic!

There are a few different little anniversaries to celebrate around the business, and while this one isn't how long I've owned it, it is a little more important to me. It signifies a breaking free, a shaking off of that which was not positive in my life. I took a step forward, got rid of the old, and made it my own. And I have never looked back!! 🌳💕

Interestingly, 3 years ago today we got the keys to our new place of business, and the move was the final step into freedom ❤️

Thank you to everyone who has been with us along the road, we wouldn't be here without you!!!

2024 has started absolutely fabulously for GSC, because we have welcomed the gorgeous Chantelle to the front desk!

Not only is she amazing on the front desk, she is also secretly a super woman who helps with the kids and organises everything like a boss, all while being very chill. I am in awe of her, and very grateful she has joined us, so please give her a friendly welcome when you meet her!

Can't wait to see you all soon! 🌳

HEADS UP!
The Pepper household has been flattened with sickness the last few days, and we are not in the clear yet. I am working around sick kids to try and contact everyone, but as a heads up, I'm going to have to reschedule everyone on Tues, Wed and Thurs. I'll make a decision about Friday tomorrow, depending on sickness as well as fatigue levels.
