Spring tapped me on the shoulder with a message…
“You’ve overdone it again. Time for some TLC.”
This past week I’ve been tucked up in bed, giving my body the chance to rest and recover from the flu. It wasn’t easy to cancel my clients, but I knew I had to honour what my body was asking for.
My Daily Healing Rituals :
✨Morning sunshine with my bare feet on the grass
✨Freshly squeezed orange juice – a simple gift of vitamin C which helps your tired adrenals
✨Homemade chicken soup (the ultimate comfort food)
✨Sleep, water, and permission to just be
This gentle pause reminded me how wise our bodies truly are. 💛
So if you’re feeling run down, give yourself permission to stop, rest, and nourish. Healing really does happen in the quiet moments.
