All passes are for Pilates, Yoga and Barre classes and must be used before expiry date.
The pass is for one person. There are no shared passes allowed and no rain checks!

Please note :Yoga classes in our studio can run from 60-75 minutes, the point of this especially Savasana, is considered crucial in yoga practice because it provides a dedicated time for deep relaxation, allowing the body to fully integrate the benefits of the preceding poses by calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and promoting a sense of inner stillness through focused breathwork, essentially acting as a "reset" button for both mind and body. ✌️❀️🧘

What should I bring to a class?

To your first class bring an open mind, curiosity and a smile.

A grippy mat - for any mat work classes if you prefer your own.
Blanket/beach towel for knees/wrists can be supportive, or to wipe away sweat.
Water is essential
Grippy Socks are hygienic - especially if we do a wall class or use the reformer.

If you've signed up for a class for beginners, this will be a beginner routine that won't require high challenging levels of balance, flexibility, and coordination. If the poses become too challenging, we will provide modifications and the support of props.
