So the warm weather is starting to come back to Perth, with that comes thoughts of getting out and about, sorting the garden, thinking about starting exercise perhaps?! There are so many great things to do that count as exercise. I love weights training, walking the dogs and dancing.
Exercise is great for keeping us physically AND mentally healthy. I love massage for the fact it can help keep you moving🥰 hopefully you can find something you love for exercise this summer!
