Overthinking isn’t a flaw.
It’s a nervous system doing its best to keep you safe.
Most people try to think their way out of anxiety.
They analyse it. Reframe it. Logic it. Push it away.
But anxiety doesn’t live in the thinking brain.
It lives in the body.
Hypnotherapy works differently.
