Within my approach, I include a systemic lens, which recognises as individuals we are part of, and impacted by, the complex broader system we exist in – our family of origin, work environment, and society. This holistic view
helps us to explore the patterns of interaction and communication, - how we are impacted by histories, relationships, and patterns of behaviour – and assists to identify strategies that can lead to improved relationships, and your personal wellbeing. I bring a kind, warm, respectful, and nurturing style to the therapeutic environment, – and offer a healthy balance of structure and individualised flexibility. I have deliberate focus on
Positive Therapeutic Outcomes for each person. Therapeutic Outcomes are front and centre - and together we Measure and Monitor these throughout your counselling process. I very much enjoy supporting and partnering alongside people in their journeys towards increased emotional and mental health, and greater well-being and quality of life.
