We're a few weeks into our 'My Life, My Discovery' program - a program designed by participants. This is what we discovered yesterday for 'Mind Me' week - we taught each other something we know a little about... and it was a lot of fun! Next week is 'Whole Me - Mental, emotional and physical'.

This was a very welcome but honestly a surprising coincidence. We were delighted when we noticed this, because it its at the heart of our work. Are you familiar with the 8 Dimensions of Wellness? This is one model that views a person with having different needs, with each dimension connected to the others. At My Life Team we use this model as a way of supporting people with their own unique needs and help them understand the different aspects contributing to their overall wellness.
