We’re still trying to process what happened.

To have our pharmacy—our safe space—invaded by someone armed with a knife, stock thrown around, and our beloved pharmacist and a brave customer caught in the middle… it was nothing short of terrifying.

But what’s stood out the most since that awful moment… is you.

The outpouring of love, support, messages, flowers, and those deeply comforting hugs—every bit of it has held us up when we felt shaken. You didn’t just reach out… you surrounded us with warmth. You reminded us that we’re not alone.

Thank you for standing by us, for checking in, for believing in us. We’re part of a community that feels more like a family—and we are so, so grateful.
