A very special morning today for Disability Support Manager, Maddi, when her daughter decided to dress up as her mum for “What you want to be when you grow up” day at school 💙

MEET THE TEAM – Natalie

Natalie has been working in the disability support industry for the past 3 years and brings a warm, down-to-earth approach to every participant she supports.

Nat holds a Cert IV in Mental Health, a Cert IV in Allied Health Assistance, a Cert IV in Massage Therapy and has also completed training in supporting people with disability to safely use medications.

Before stepping into disability support, Nat spent many years working in customer service across supermarkets and pubs. This background helped build her incredible people skills, giving her a natural ability to communicate, listen, read body language, and make people feel comfortable and understood.

You’ll often spot Nat out supporting participants in the community or helping out her dad (shout out to Woofa!)

We’re lucky to have Nat as part of the BCSWS team 💙

MEET THE TEAM – Ethan

Ethan is one of our Support Coordinators here at Bass Coast Support Work Services. He holds a Bachelor of Education Studies, majoring in Mental Health and Disability, and spent two years working as a school teacher before moving into the disability sector.

Ethan brings a calm, approachable nature to his role and is passionate about supporting participants to live full, meaningful lives.

Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying everything the coast has to offer or hanging out with his two dogs 🐾

If you spot Ethan around Wonthaggi, don’t be shy, he’s always up for a chat!
