Let it go. Song it if you want to. But if you’re carrying too much or it’s too heavy, it’s time to put it down and step away. Leave it there, not because it’s too hard and you’re in denial. But because you can only do so much at a time.

And unless your cup is full to the brim and overflowing with love and happiness and laughter, you’re not going to be able to deal with all the s**t that’s in all the other boxes.

It is then you can pick one to unpack.
