✨ Connecting with your inner child ✨
Here I am, getting my hair done playing fairies in the garden with my daughter.

As adults, it’s easy to get caught in the routines, responsibilities, and expectations of life. In doing so, we can forget the magic our younger selves once carried. When imagination was endless, play was effortless, and joy was found in the simplest of things.

Take a moment to pause. Breathe.
Ask yourself:
* What did I love as a child?
* What made me feel alive and happy?
* Who did I dream of becoming?

Your inner child still lives within you, holding playfulness, curiosity, and joy, as well as tender places that may still long to be seen and healed. Reconnecting with this part of yourself can open the door to more freedom, creativity, and healing in your adult life.

What is something you can do today to connect with your inner child?

This morning, I held space for an individual session by the river in the sunshine. Moments like these fill me with gratitude for the work I get to do, guiding, witnessing, and supporting each person on their journey is such a gift ✨

I love the flexibility in holding these sessions, from the comfort of indoors to the openness of outdoors or the ease of online — always shaped around what feels most nurturing for the individual.

Book your session via the link in my bio or send me a DM. 💛

Change flows through our days, our seasons, and our bodies, an ever-present rhythm of growth, rest, and renewal.

In the body, this change is constant but often subtle. Our cells renew, energy ebbs and flows, and breath rises and falls with each moment. Sometimes change is obvious. Other times, it’s a gentle stirring deep within, a quiet whisper calling us forward.

Our emotions, thoughts, and desires mirror this flow. We move through phases of clarity and confusion, stillness, and movement. Often, our bodies feel these shifts before our minds do.

To honour this natural rhythm, we must tune in, listen to the body’s whispers, and notice the sensations signalling readiness for new beginnings or release.

Change can be exciting and scary, effortless, and challenging all at once. But it is also the path to growth, healing, and deeper connection with ourselves.

When we welcome change, we create space for transformation.

* How is change showing up in your life and body right now?
* What whispers are you hearing?

We all need connection.
We all need someone we can truly be ourselves with, someone who sees us, hears us, and accepts us exactly as we are.

Where in your life are you craving more genuine connection?
What is one small step you can take to cultivate that connection?

There’s a lot of talk in the spiritual and wellness spaces about ascending, rising, and reaching higher states of consciousness.
As if the goal is always upward.
As if light is the only path to healing.

But what’s often left out… is the descent.

The descent into the body.
Into the shadows.
Into the emotions we’ve been taught to avoid.
Into the very core of who we are.

It’s in this space that we meet our truth.
It’s where we reclaim the parts we’ve disconnected from.
It’s where we lay the foundations for deep, lasting healing.

Without this descent,
we bypass the very essence of ourselves.
We float above the discomfort,
but we never truly land.

You’ve likely felt it…
People who claim to be healers yet feel scattered, unanchored, out of their body.
Because they’ve skipped the descent.
Skipped the discomfort.
Skipped the integration.

True healing is both descent and ascent.
It’s not about escaping the human experience it’s about rooting into it.

This is the work I guide women through coming back to the body, processing what’s been buried,
and grounding into your wholeness.

If you’re ready to journey inward, to meet yourself in the depths with compassion and support,
I’m here to walk beside you.

I’ve just come through one of the hardest weeks I’ve experienced in a long time.
Seven straight days of deep illness, it truly knocked me. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so unwell and so physically depleted

I’m slowly moving through to the other side.
Grateful to feel the first waves of strength returning.
Grateful for my body, even in its fragility for its ability to heal. Grateful for how precious health and wellness truly are.

We live in a world that loves the highlight reel
The wins. The joy. The breakthroughs.
But what about the days that feel heavy?
The days where nothing makes sense?
The days you feel like falling apart?

That’s real too.
And it deserves to be seen.

There’s so much strength in being honest about the hard days.
In showing up when things feel f*cked.
In letting yourself be messy, tender, raw.

Every time you speak your truth, even when it feels vulnerable,
you soften shame’s grip.
You create space for someone else to breathe.
You remind others they’re not alone.

There is medicine in your realness.
Not just in the light but in the dark too.
