Our Home Care service enables clients to access tailored support in the comfort of their own home. From meal preparation, cleaning or gardening, through to companionship and transport, we help clients with a diverse range of needs to remain safe, independent and connected to the people, places and activities they love. Retirement Living
Our retirement villas offer residents privacy and independence, a range of social and community activities, and the opportunity to make new friendships and connections. These secure, low-maintenance, open-plan villas are set in a tranquil estate with beautiful landscaping and outlooks to the hinterland mountain ranges. Residential Aged Care Community
Our Aged Care Community is divided into eight smaller houses, each with a collection of private rooms. Carers and Nurses are on-hand 24/7, providing a holistic and dignified care experience tailored to your needs. Yesterday, there was a VERY special milestone celebrated at one of Apollo Care's 14 aged care communities. Yackandandah Health Aged Care resident, Edith, turned 110! This birthday makes her the oldest woman in Victoria. Edith enjoyed the morning's festivities surrounded by many of her children, grandchildren and extended family, fellow residents, staff, and local community leaders, Diane Shepheard and Geoff Simmons.
