What to expect in a session:
A typical hypnotherapy session lasts between 60 and 75 minutes. This allows time to:

I highly recommend Matthew Clark to anyone trying to make a change for the better in their lives. Over the last 7yrs I had gradually made myself believe that smoking ma*****na was good for me as I suffered depression and would regularly get physically sick for days being unable to eat and stupidly I thought smoking helped me cope with issues. I've tried for so long to break the habit but always being unsuccessful as I was convinced it was 'helped' me. After just one session I am now free from smoking and already feel 100% better about myself and my health. I can truly not remember the last time I had this much positivity in myself. I can not thank Matthew enough for giving me my life back and freeing me from what I now think and know was the backbone of many of my issues. I made this change for myself, but the impact its had on the people who support me has made this journey that much for worth it!

For so long I have tried to lose weight for all the wrong reasons and gone about it the wrong way, setting myself up to fail. One session with Matthew and my entire mindset has changed. My focus is now on me and the promises I have made to my young family to improve my health. Its only early days but all sugar cravings, emotional eating, binge eating, sluggishness and lack of energy have gone!! Matthew Clarke truly is amazing!! I Have tried many things to quit smoking and could never get my mind to agree with me. I've even spent a year in rehab with many relapses as I was always frustrated and crying and a complete mess! After one session with Matthew my life has changed incredibly!! From the first day i have been more energetic, excited and my mind is finally at peace!! I don't have cravings, im not frustrated or angry I'm loving not coughing my lungs up everyday, it's just simply amazing!! I will be forever grateful to Matthew for giving me my life back and i would highly recommend this to anyone.
