You’re probably not getting the SPF protection you think you are.

Most people only apply 25–50% of the recommended amount, which means your SPF isn’t actually performing at its labelled level.

On top of that, it wears off throughout the day, and UV exposure doesn’t stop just because it’s cloudy.

If you want it to work, it has to be applied properly. Use a full teaspoon every morning - for each limb, reapply every 2 hours when outdoors, and stick to SPF 50+ year-round in Australia.
