Vincent combines his background in Sport and Exercise Science with over a decade of hands on experience in remedial massage, assisted stretch therapy and bodywork.

With a keen understanding of movement, pain patterns and recovery, he delivers treatments that are both precise and effective. Whether it’s remedial massage, dry needling, assisted stretch or all of the above, Vincent’s sessions are tailored to support clients through injury recovery or everyday tension relief.

He’s available Wed, Thu, Fri and Sat.
