Still being told to “just go to bed and rest” when your back flares up?

🧠 That’s outdated advice, and exactly why we see people every day that go from one flare-up to the next… to a lifetime of fear avoiding doing the things that light them up.

Here’s the truth:
🛏️ Too much rest leads to more stiffness and weakness.
😰 Avoidance builds fear, consciously and subconsciously
🔄 Doing nothing guarantees you’ll be back here again, because you never address the contributing factors.

Back pain doesn’t mean you’re broken.
It means something needs attention, not avoidance. Your whole body (not just you back!) needs the skills and strength to move in a way specific to 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 life and interests.

Good physio is about teaching you to move with confidence again — without fear, flare-ups or fluff.
