XMAS PRACTICE.....
When Santa calls with a little meat present from Barossa Fine Foods to test out some new Xmas items, it's time to call the gang and fire up the Weber and do a practice run. These meats are pre-cooked and just need a light reheat to enjoy!
There's one thing we couldn't plan, and that's the weather, but in 40° heat yesterday, we still had a cracking day of food, fun and of course a few vinos:

- Barossa Fine Foods x Beerenberg Red Currant Jelly Glazed Boneless Ham Portion (exclusive to Drakes Supermarkets)
SIDES:
- Smoked Gouda & Jalapeno Cauliflower, Thyme & Pecorino Crumb
- Marmalade Roast Pumpkin, Paris Creek Farms Wild Honey Yoghurt, Pendleton Olive Estate Chilli Oil, Garlic Sprouts, Spice Girlz Gourmet Dukkah
