Is Love an art? Erich Fromm posed this serious question in 1956, many moons ago. And more than ever, seeking answers to this question is a worthy cause.

Significantly, what I continue to discover in my practice is that human beings have forgotten how to Love themselves - one reason for this is that Love has been manipulated into something that you "get" ... and this, inevitably, leads to disappointment, hurt and suffering.

Love is an Inside job, Generated from within. The more you become Love, the easier it is to receive it.

Today is a full moon - in Libra - it's all about relationships. A great day to consider how you are generating love for Your Self (first and foremost) and how you are Sharing Your Love with those in your Orbit.
