If you’re working through a wrist or shoulder injury, or simply want to give your wrists, shoulders and arms a rest, this class is for you.

Our hands-free Hatha avoids all weight-bearing poses on the hands, wrists and arms. No tabletops, no planks, no downdogs or chaturangas.

But don’t worry, it’s still a full-body practice. Expect mindful movement with strengthening, stretching and balancing poses helping you to build strength and stability without loading the upper body.

Mat Pilates!⁣

We’re adding Mat Pilates to our schedule🙌 Thursdays at 6:30PM with Kate McLeay. ⁣

Kate brings with her a wealth of experience and training. This class is open to everyone, and it’s a great way to build strength and stability while complementing your yoga practice. Book your spot for our first class, Kate is looking forward to seeing you 💜⁣

To accommodate this exciting addition, our Wednesday night class will switch to Yin/Yang, taught by Mynie. This class blends the strength and energy of yang-style movement with the deep, meditative stretches of yin yoga – perfect for finding balance in your body and mind.⁣

And just a little reminder that our Restorative Yoga class now runs on the last Saturday of each month at 4PM (90minute class). If you’re feeling stressed, burnt out, or just need some deep relaxation, this class is for you. It’s all about slowing down, resetting your nervous system, and letting go of tension.⁣

In today’s busy world, finding time to rest deeply is rare. Restorative Yoga is a gentle practice designed to bring calm to the mind and body through supported, restful postures. ⁣ ⁣⁣

Each pose is held for several minutes with props like blankets and bolsters, allowing muscles to relax fully and the nervous system to unwind.⁣⁣⁣
