If you’re working through a wrist or shoulder injury, or simply want to give your wrists, shoulders and arms a rest, this class is for you.
Our hands-free Hatha avoids all weight-bearing poses on the hands, wrists and arms. No tabletops, no planks, no downdogs or chaturangas.
But don’t worry, it’s still a full-body practice. Expect mindful movement with strengthening, stretching and balancing poses helping you to build strength and stability without loading the upper body.
