Christmas can feel… overwhelming. 🎄
Stress, finances, gift lists, family drama, or even loneliness if you don’t have family. And that’s totally okay. You don’t have to have it all together to enjoy the season.
Here are a few ways to make this silly season a little less crazy:
✨ Prioritise yourself first: Take moments to rest, breathe, and check in with how you’re feeling.
✨ Set realistic expectations: You don’t need to buy everything or host the perfect event.
✨ Protect your energy. Limit toxic interactions and spend time with people who lift you up.
✨ Plan small self-care rituals: Morning stretches, a walk, journaling, or even a mini spa session can go a long way (why not do this all the time).
