• Confident in completing a wide range of carpentry work including (but not limited to) Second Fix carpentry, Plastering, Form work + concreting, Installing and servicing locks, Roof sheeting, Vinyl install, Install kitchens and cabinets, Painting and Fencing.
You will be required to have the following:
• Certificate III in Carpentry and Joinery
• Battery Tools & Hand Tools
• Current Drivers Licence (Car and HR Truck preferred)
• Operators Ticket for Excavator and bobcat would be a bonus
• OHS Construction Card

• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol medical

An exciting full time opportunity exists for a suitably qualified Plumber (General) to join CFC's Plumbing and Gas Section.
Role
This is a challenging and exciting residential role that will require you to help work, manage, monitor and motivate our busy plumbing and gas section. Your role will encompass the day to day work of plumbing activities including:
• Installing hot and cold water systems & associated equipment in a residential setting;
• Ability to read and interpret drawings to accurately installing plumbing systems;
• Work with gas including gas appliances, piping and flues;
• Fabrication and braising of metal pipes and associated components;
• Creation and set up of internal and external drainage systems;
• Installation of air conditioning and heating systems;
• Estimating costs of materials and ordering of the same;
• Liaising with clients and management;
• Supervision of junior staff;
• Other duties as directed.
Suitable candidates should possess a trade certificate in the field and have at least 2 years experience in plumbing and gas. A full Full Gas Licence is desirable and you must have a white card and C class drivers licence.
