The clinic hours are slowing down to let our weary team relax by the pool and smash out the . We will still have availability for unforeseen aches and strains that need attention for all our weapon clients.

🎉 Meet Lizzie — our newest Physiotherapist at On Form Physio! 🙌

We’re thrilled to welcome Lizzie Higgin to the team! Lizzie graduated with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy from the University of East London, where she also received the Ian Ramsden Memorial Prize for Outstanding Contribution — a prestigious award recognising excellence and community impact. 🌟

Her experience spans the English National Ballet 🩰, London Irish Rugby 🏉, and several private clinics within London over the past four years, giving her a deep understanding of performance, recovery, and rehabilitation.

Lizzie takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to care — helping clients return to sport, recover from surgery, or manage knee, hip and back pain. As a mum herself 👶, she designs realistic, goal-focused plans that fit into everyday life.

is done for another year, and the teams have walked away with plenty of silverware
Our B division team stormed home to take a resounding victory in their division.
The F grade team left it all on the road, but were overrun by a fast finishing WDR racing team to take out the silver medal.
Thanks to all the coming we’re, riders and supporters for another amazing weekend of 🚴‍♂️🍻 😂
With ToMR finishing we will need to find another adventure to tackle… stay tuned for more!

Both teams threw caution to the wind and the rain on today’s stage. left everyone in his wake to claim line honours in B division, whist (in his debut road race) hung in with the hitters from F grade to pick up a podium

Both teams remain in first in their respective divisions, ready to play ball on tomorrow’s penultimate stage

The teams have hit the road running for the . After dodging rain clouds, flies, sweat and tears our two teams have qualified for B and F divisions for the remainder of the weekend.

With and fast approaching, our team will be in and out of the clinics the next few weeks.
We aren’t going to be too far away to keep all our clients happy and healthy, but with limited hours you will need to jump in and book ahead to beat the crowds!

We will be taking a short break from normal clinic hours in the coming few weeks to celebrate the festive season.
Because we know that injuries don’t go on holiday, and that Christmas Day backyard cricket is a dangerous sport, we will still be here to get you back on track when you need it the most

Now the dust has had time to settle on a marvellous weekend at the teams have had an amazing time, both on and off the bike.
The OFP Weapons made the podium of C grade, making us the fastest physio branded team of . Not far behind the OFPxB43 guys finish mid fleet in E grade.

It was great to have the some of the cycling team out on the road for the state road championships on Sunday. Our new threads from turned heads as always. It was a debut podium for the new kit too with team member and OFP client taking 2nd place in MMAS1, all while managing to destroy the hopes and dreams of his team mates up the infamous Conveyor climb (as evidenced in the pictures above).
