My name is Renae Andrew, Reiki Practitioner and Energy Healer, awakening your spiritual gifts through creativity, connection and community. I believe that when we are truly open and ready to receive, our deepest learning will happen. And it is through individual Reiki sessions and sacred group experiences, with both children and adults alike, that I help beautiful souls, just like you, to discover

your inner potential to transform your life and live in alignment with the divine. I have a degree in Primary School Teaching, Minor in Early Childhood Studies, where I taught for 7.5 years. I more recently gained my Usui Reiki Masters Certification and have been practising for 4 years, where I help beautiful souls, to unlock the magic within them. I’d love for you to be the next soul I embark on the healing journey with.

I have a love of being creative and particularly enjoy scrapbooking and cardmaking. Yoga and walking are my kind of exercise, especially close to the water. Books, crystals and cooking new recipes fill in whatever time is left. I love a good bliss ball, banana muffin or green smoothie. I look forward to connecting with you. As our children have gotten older, we've turned more to experience's rather than gifts for occasions that a gift is given.

Today we cruised along the Murray River on a Paddle Steamboat.

Much better than a van full of chocolate Easter eggs. And I love that our family are on board with this, as this was an opportunity given by a family member.

We left our house sit this week and are back on the road.

Travelling Australia in a caravan can be really lonely at times and then other times you meet the most amazing people, making friendships to last a life time.

We were blessed to house sit for this gorgeous couple we met in Queensland last year. I've named this house sit 'The one we didn't know we needed'.

Not only did the opportunity come out of the blue but so did many amazing experiences while we were there.

Batch cooking!

Do you do it?

Our youngest has been requesting Spaghetti and Meatballs for a while now. I find it quite time consuming.

Making the meatballs, cooking them, making the sauce, adding the meatballs in, cooking the pasta.

One way to make it easier is when I batch make the meatballs.

So this morning I made quadruple the amount of meatballs. One lot ready for tonight. Three bags of meatballs in the freezer for another night.

My future self will thank me.

We've always loved card and board games, playing them as a family.

I think it's a really great way to foster connections, bond as a family and come together, giving us a break from technology.

There is still something so special about receiving a handwritten note.

Even though snail mail takes its time to arrive, it carries a different energy to it, as opposed to an email.
