Nothing in life is forever, nothing is ever guaranteed

What you do have for the rest of your life Is YOU
& it's %100 up to you to make YOU feel all the things, not anyone else

There's too much push & pull around social media & I want to gently remind you that nobody has to know your plans or movements or goals and its also not okay to push opinions down people's throats,
globally there's ALOT going on
At the end of the day YOUR thoughts matter because what you tell your body is what keeps, the body does keep score.

Please go gentle on yourself & those around you
You don't know what your neighbours are really going through

Don't loose yourself in the overwhelming information out there, instead tune into your body and she/he will always tell you what it needs ❤

Goodmorning Beautiful Souls🙏

Huuuuge thank you to those who have downloaded my "Poly-Vagal Theory" document This was a big task to complete and to say I did it in 1 day! Actually make that twice! As the first 2 hours of work got deleted so then I had to redo the work all over again when I could of easily just given up purely out of exhaustion & not to mention it's school holidays the the constant interruptions & the boys fighting 🤌 I almost pitched a tent outback just to work in peace 😂


Anyway I'm sharing this because I want you to know that not everything works out perfectly the first time it's okay to have a break and get back into it when you got your Creative flow back, go slow maybe meditate, get out in nature, call a friend
Social connection is so so important we human beings are not suppose to be isolated and alone.

You might have had some toxic friendships in the past maybe it's time to dip your toe back into the social scene get a sense of how it feels for you

Whatever your end goal is don't get so caught up "working your ass off" that you actually forget about looking after you & what brings you joy & pleasure you can do both in fact there is less chance of burn out if you take care of your needs while fighting for dream✨
