A great evening seeing Mel Robbins live last night, it was also such a powerful reminder that we are accountable to ourselves.

For me, weekday mornings preferably start before 6am with some Breathwork and a power walk outdoors🏃‍♀️ So even though it was past midnight by the time I got to bed after the show, it would have been very easy to hit snooze at 5:45am—especially with the rain on and off. But knowing how much this routine supports me, I was up and straight to it.

Keep doing whatever works best for you to set your day up right… just remember Mel’s advice “don’t hit snooze”😴 however tempting 😆
