Through the crown, down to the heart and out through the hands flows the universal energy. As Lomi therapists we are just the channel for this cleansing energy to move through.

It is our role to be open, heart centred and fully present with the client on the table. Expressing the movements like the waves of the ocean. Always keeping the rhythm and flow.

It almost feels like the moves are waking the body up to remember its natural state. And in that remembering it starts to relax, let go, soften. I like to think that Lomi Lomi is the code the body has been waiting for to start shifting what has been in the way of its vitality and freedom.

We are just the messenger for the bodies who are ready. Who feel it’s time to remember, time to evolve.🦋

This is permission to show up to your session, however you are feeling in the moment. An invitation to not have it all together and to be ok with where you’re at.

This is a safe space to feel all the feels, the hurt, the exhaustion, the sadness, the loneliness, the anxiousness. If you’re feeling it, it’s probably been living in your body for a while.

When you clear space, physically, mentally and emotionally, you create new possibilities.

I’ve been on this journey for a couple of weeks now of decluttering my space. I love making space and discarding what no longer resonates with me. Or as Marie Kondo would say “Does it bring you joy?” and if not it’s time to lovingly let it go. I do this quite regarding but this time I went into those spaces you like to put off and “do another time.”😂

There were tears, realisations and afterwards, a sense of peace.

I have also been delving into the constructs of the mind where there are outdated thoughts, beliefs and perspectives. This has been more of an integration and then an expanding of space rather than a letting go. Creating a container of love and compassion for the parts of me who didn’t know any better and seeing the lies I made up. No fault, no blame. But now taking responsibility for my part.

This has opened up a feeling of safety and trust in something bigger. As well as an excitement to start co-creating a life of possibility and magic rather than recreating a past of fear and resignation. It’s a new world I’m stepping into and I understand that it’ll be messy, not perfect but worth it. My soul is calling me home and it’s a homecoming of a lifetime.❤️‍🔥

A raw share but felt it wanted to be written. I hope it cracked something open in you and let in a little bit of lightness and possibility. We are all extraordinary, we have just forgotten.🪷
