This is permission to show up to your session, however you are feeling in the moment. An invitation to not have it all together and to be ok with where you’re at.

As I’ve said before, it is a massage from the heart. As well as a massage with heart. That helps to open up your heart and drop you back into your heart space. It’s all heart baby❤️

When you clear space, physically, mentally and emotionally, you create new possibilities.

I’ve been on this journey for a couple of weeks now of decluttering my space. I love making space and discarding what no longer resonates with me. Or as Marie Kondo would say “Does it bring you joy?” and if not it’s time to lovingly let it go. I do this quite regarding but this time I went into those spaces you like to put off and “do another time.”😂

There were tears, realisations and afterwards, a sense of peace.

I have also been delving into the constructs of the mind where there are outdated thoughts, beliefs and perspectives. This has been more of an integration and then an expanding of space rather than a letting go. Creating a container of love and compassion for the parts of me who didn’t know any better and seeing the lies I made up. No fault, no blame. But now taking responsibility for my part.

This has opened up a feeling of safety and trust in something bigger. As well as an excitement to start co-creating a life of possibility and magic rather than recreating a past of fear and resignation. It’s a new world I’m stepping into and I understand that it’ll be messy, not perfect but worth it. My soul is calling me home and it’s a homecoming of a lifetime.❤️‍🔥

A raw share but felt it wanted to be written. I hope it cracked something open in you and let in a little bit of lightness and possibility. We are all extraordinary, we have just forgotten.🪷

Something that I struggle with, is Social Media and being consistent.🙈 Not great coming from someone with a home business.

I post when I feel inspired not when I feel I should.😂 I wouldn’t make a great marketing person that’s for sure.

Am I great at Lomi Lomi Massage? Without a doubt!!!

I have people travelling distances to come see me. One of my new clients mentioned “It was definitely worth the drive!!!”

I’ve realised when I massage there is so much care and attention to detail. No part of your body feels left out or unloved. Clients have said “they felt how present I was” and “felt so held and nurtured”

I also love bringing out the side that knows to go deeper. Deeper into the muscles, the tightness, the resistance in the body. Only to release what no longer serves the body and to bring back flow, vitality.

That is what lights me up. Seeing the new version of the person walking out of my massage room, feeling more free, lighter. A sparkle in their eye again and a relaxing in their physiology.

So I’m okay with my inconsistent presence with posting on Social Media because when it comes to what I love to do, it is natural for me to show up as my best self consistently, every massage. And that’s what matters most to me❤️
